Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026 · Last updated September 30, 2026

This policy explains what Swellmore collects, why, and what you can do about it. Swellmore is a trade name of PARAVIEW VENTUREWORKS LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida. "We," "us," and "our" mean Swellmore. "You" means a visitor to swellmore.com or a business that engages us.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers information we collect through swellmore.com and in the course of providing our services to business clients.

If you received a text message from a local business that uses Swellmore: that business, not Swellmore, decides who is contacted and holds your consent. We process that information only on their instructions, as their service provider. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, and contact the business directly with questions about their records. You may also write to us at [email protected] and we will route your request to them.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, business name, email address, phone number, and website when you request an audit, book a call, or contact us, plus any details about your business you share on our forms.
  • Billing and account details if you become a client. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Anything you send us in an email, form, or message.

Information we collect automatically

  • IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time on page.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. See section 6.

Information from other sources

  • Publicly available business information, such as your Google Business Profile listing, reviews, and website, which we use to prepare the free audit you requested.
  • Advertising platforms, which tell us which campaign brought you to us.

3. Text messages, consent, and opt-out

If you give us your mobile number through a form on this site, you may receive text messages from Swellmore about your audit request, your call, or your account. We collect consent through an online form with an unchecked consent checkbox that you must affirmatively select. We do not accept verbal-only opt-in for promotional messaging, and consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile numbers are disclosed only to the vendors that deliver messages on our behalf, solely for that purpose.

4. How we use information

  • To prepare and send the audit or information you asked for.
  • To provide, operate, support, and improve our services.
  • To communicate with you about your account, our services, and offers that are relevant to you.
  • To measure which marketing works, and to bill and keep records.
  • To meet legal obligations, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud or abuse.

5. Information we process for our clients

When we run review requests or lead capture for a client, that client's customer data, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses and appointment details, belongs to the client. We act as their service provider. We use it only to deliver the services they've engaged us for, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for our own marketing. Our agreement with each client requires them to obtain and maintain lawful consent before any customer is contacted.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it's used. Our analytics and advertising tools may include Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking. These may set cookies that let Google measure and attribute activity across sites.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

7. When we share information

We do not sell, rent, release, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy or sell leads. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who run things for us, such as website and CRM hosting, messaging delivery, email, analytics, and payment processing, under contracts that limit them to our instructions.
  • Professional advisors such as our accountants and attorneys.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
  • A successor, if the business is sold or merged. We will tell you if that changes how your information is handled.

8. How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and after that for as long as we need to for tax, accounting, and legal reasons. This includes records of messaging consent and opt-outs, which we keep as long as needed to meet legal obligations and defend claims. You can ask us to delete information sooner, subject to those obligations.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and rights

  • Email: unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
  • Texts: reply STOP.
  • Access, correction, deletion: email [email protected] and we'll respond within 45 days.

Florida residents. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives residents rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, and certain profiling. Its obligations apply to companies above a revenue threshold that we do not currently meet, but we will honor these requests regardless.

California residents. Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, you may request access, deletion, correction, and portability, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

12. Other sites

Our site links to sites we don't control, including Google. Their privacy practices are their own.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll give notice on the site or by email before they take effect.
